2020 Sauvignon Blanc
Our classic styled Non-Vintage Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel, french oak as well as concrete vessels of which helps amplify the mineralistic undertones of this wine.
This very tropical version of our West Coast style is sourced from Lake County, located just North of the famed Napa Valley, in Northern California. It is a big, bold and luscious version showcasing tropical fruit, citrus notes, and a creaminess with a huge mouthfeel.
The wine's fermentation in stainless steel offered us a clean and crisp wine. The acidity is beautifully encompassed by ripe tropical fruit and leaves your palate craving the next sip.
Layered, and very approachable.
