Tristen's most favourite wine he has crafted.
Fermented in neutral barrels, which imports mouthfeel without the presence of oak flavour, our full bodied Viognier expresses aromas of honeysuckle, spice, apricot, nectarine, mango and peach. Very clean citrus and cream on the palate with a long, balanced and full finish.
The wine was lees (dead yeast cells) stirred every 2 weeks to create a creaminess and a bold wine.

Good to Know
- This is Yonah's first time playing with the viognier grape. Sourced from Mendocino county (the Mendocino County appellation is part of the large North Coast AVA that spreads northward from San Francisco Bay), our vineyard is known for their Viognier
- Viognier almost went extinct in the 1960s, with fewer than 50 acres of vineyard plot remaining between two Chateau's in Northern Rhone. It was saved in part due to winemakers making the extra effort to plant this stubborn grape variety throughout California.
