2016 Malbec

Medium bodied wine, with a layered nose consisting of sweet tobacco, black pepper spice, black cherry, strawberry, rose petal and hints of coconut lotion. Jammy balanced mouthfeel.


Aged for 24 months in 30% new french and Hungarian oak, gave way to a fruit forward wine with great mouthfeel and length.

Malbec wine is a deep purple-red that is nearly opaque, similar to Syrah and Mourvedre. However, Malbec wines will often have a bright magenta rim.
