All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Yonah Mountain Vineyards ships wine products via Fedex to ensure their proper delivery throughout the United States.
We only ship Monday through Wednesday, unless otherwise instructed. Orders typically ship within three business days after the order is placed. Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing wine. We also reserve the right to only ship during cooler months to protect wine from excessive heat exposure (Non-shipping months are June-August).
Being compliant with state laws, we currently ship wine to the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Yonah Mountain Vineyards fully guarantees any wine purchased directly from our winery or www.yonahmountainvineyards.com. If you feel you have opened an unsatisfactory bottle, please save the contents, and contact us. Any orders that you wish to cancel must be cancelled before the shipment leaves our facility.
